Code appearing in Assigned to Me view

The code at the bottom is appearing in the Assigned to Me view along with stories that are assigned to me. This happened when our scrum master cloned then deleted stories for the purpose of moving them to the next sprint.

The code continues down further, wasn't able to post entire code.  I am using the web version of Jira.  Anyway to resolve this?
