Cloud version of jira, has few fields like Sprint LOCKED, how can we enable and unlock them.

Since SPRINT field is LOCKED all items are tagged as backlog not as the sprint tasks

Assuming by "locked", you are referring to the red "locked" you see on the list of custom fields, (if not, then please explain what you mean by "locked"?)

Fields are locked to prevent incorrect configurations being applied to them.  You can only unlock them by database fiddles on Server/DC installations.

I think we need to know why you think you want to unlock the field?

When you say the sprint field is locked - do you mean the sprint field on an issue? Or the manage sprint button on a Scrum Board?

A screenshot would help to confirm the issue you're trying to solve.

Please also provide which type of account you have - Free, Standard or Premium :)
