Cloud storage user issue

As per your information 0-499 users will get 25GB, is it 25 GB/user or 25GB for 499 users.

If that is the case, can you give us a option to increase the storage option when needed, instead deleting our old data.

This is not possible. The storage allotted to you in Cloud is per our Cloud Storage Policy and it cannot be adjusted.

Rest assured that if you run out of space, your site will continue to work as expected. If we determine the usage to be an issue, we will reach out to you and work with you to clear up space.

We have a few feature requests that you might be interested in. Vote for the ones you'd like to see and feel free to comment with your usage case.
