Cloud: Can't scroll vertically
Client:
- Chrome Version 65.0.3325.181
- OS: Mac Sierra 10.12.6
Detail:
Just started occurring around ~ 2:30 PM Pacific. You can't scroll down (vertically) on any ticket/issue content. No scrollbars, etc.
