Hi,

Following are the issue's we are facing, please help us.

ISSUE 1:

When we have a story A with story point=1 in previous sprint and when you carry forward (move to the next sprint) and observed in the current sprint the story point is 0.

ISSUE 2:

Observed the story when we close it, it shows "Issue reopened" and graph goes up.

Please respond to these issue's. Appreciate your help on this regard.

Thanks

Anshu.

Adding to it, please check the following bug, when you close the bug, it is saying "Issue-re-opened", absolutely wrong.

Please reply ASAP.

IS-262

IS-271

IS-258

Thanks

Easwar.

What exactly are you doing to the story when you "close it"?  Which graph is going "wrong", the one for the first sprint or the second?

Hi, I'm Easwar , QA Lead.

Graph is going wrong for the current sprint. so, here is the thing,

1. Move the story-1 from sprint-A to sprint-B (which is current sprint)

2. When you close the story-1 , the graph goes up.

Thanks
