Closing a sprint adds items back into backlog

We have recently changed our workflow to work better within the company processes.

We currently have TODO, IN PROGRESS, DEV COMPLETE, QA, DOCUMENTATION, RESOLVED.

Resolved for us internally means its closed, etc.  I think therefore we incorreclty used RESOLVED in the workflow opposed to CLOSED.

The problem we have now, is that the items are Resolved (and strikethrough). So when viewing from the Agile boards, it looks good.  However when we close the sprint, the items move back into the backlog (which is wrong).

Can anyone please help me to resolve? I'm happy to do a screen sharing session as well.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Peter

Managed to resolve this by creating a new workflow, and then assign the new workflow to the projects.  Found out one cannot change workflows if they are active.

Thanks for taking time out to reply Alexey.

Hello,

Is the Resolved status placed in the most right column in your board?
