Hi,
Closed tickets are not visible in my Advanced roadmap and I need them listed there. Plan is created based on Jira filter where Closed tickets are included. Also, there are no exclusion rules that would exclude my Closed tickets. Could you please advise what could be the issue?
Hi Fernando,
Thank you for your suggestions. After trying each of them, I run Find your issue search and got this:
When I look at Hierarchy, this is the setup I have:
The issue I am trying to see in the roadmap is of issue type Technical task. How can I adjust the Hierarchy to allow me to see all the closed tickets, irrespective of issue type?

Please, check this stuffs:
- Check if you have any filter applied on your Plans view that are hidden your issues closed
- In Plan Settings > Exclusion Rules: Check what is the period for completed issues to be displayed and if completed issues have already exceeded this time limit for display
- In Plan Settings > Removed Issues: Just for sure that your issues are not removed from the Plans.
- Last thing, you can use the resource 'Find your issue' in Plan Settings
Select your issue key and Plans will give details explaining why you're not seeing this issue.
