Closed issues started appearing in another sprint board

We closed 3 issues before 2.1 sprint closed.

But these issues started appearing in done column of our team board with sprint 2.2 added in the sprint field

It sounds like someone added the 2.2 unless you have automation. Being in the done column doesn't really mean they are done to Jira. The resolution field must also be set.
