Has anyone seen this before? I have an issue that when looking at the history (attached) shows it moving through the workflow to closed BUT, when I run a query of issues in the project it is showing as reopened though it never has been?
Mmm, sounds like the index might be broken. Could you try a quick edit on it - that should force a re-index
Unfortunately, no luck. Re-indexed and also ran the integrity checker for Workflow and it's still appearing

Thanks Nic - It didn't appear to work at first but now it is. Strange but good...

Renjith -
Here is the query. A little more info - this was noticed as the closed issue was showing up on a rapid board as reopened. This is the rapid board query - project in ("Creative Services", "Mobile Apps/Recommendation UX") AND (fixVersion in unreleasedVersions() OR fixVersion is EMPTY) and assignee in (bcooley, nnuss, okhan, jthomas) ORDER BY Rank ASC

Can you post the query that you have used?
