How do I close a ticket? I do not see where I can change the status
Hello,
Could you paste a screen with the issue view? Basically you need to open the issue, which you need to close, and push the required button on the screen. But buttons can be not available if:
1. You do not have permissions
2. The workflow for the ticket does not have the transition to the Close status from the current status.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
