We have a master ticket and we are cloning tickets from that ticket. But in the recent times, we observed that this is creating multiple clones and it is creating everyday. We checked if there is any recurring tasks setting but there isn't any such setting.
This happened randomly for 2 tickets and it is creating tickets everyday from past 2 months. But we recently noticed that issue.
Need help to stop creating these recurring tasks.
Hi @kiran_pratha this can't just happen randomly, someone some where set an automation or other trigger action to run this. Check you project and global automations, do you have anything like scriptrunner that could have been set to run a job?
We checked scripts but nowhere we are triggering these to generate clones from the master ticket.
Will check project and global automations.

we verified them but nothing related to these tickets. Could it be a bug like this one - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-78587?

Have you checked your Project and Global Automations to see if that could be triggering the clones?
