Hello! My clients are telling that they are able to see more portals then they go to the route Requests -> My requests -> and they hit the link "Try modifying your search criteria or create a request .". Instead of seeing only their customer portal link, they are seeing more customer portal clients that they shouldn't be able to see.
I've reproduced the error and I see two additional portals that we've deduced that they're "given portals" that they are added with the Jira Internal Directory with the customers' account is created.
Thing is that when I go to Users management configuration in administrators mode, I can't find anything regarding this configuration.
Is there anything that I can do to erase this general automatization?

Hi @Naya Fabiani you will need to configure your service desk projects customer permissions session.
They sound currently opened.

I currently don't have the option "Product" available in my JIRA administration available. :(
I'm not able to modify as the process says it should be modified, so I can't do it.
