Seeking configuration help here.
We have in-house JIRA accounts for our teams, and some accounts for some of our clients.
To configure those clients' accounts, we create custom groups in which we add the users. Those client-groups then are added to specific projects, with reading/transition roles. But really specific.
Problem is, when logged in as a client, opening the Search shows me all of our tickets, in all the projects. I can even run a search to see results, tickets, boards, filters, from other projects... They all show up. If I click on them, it fortunately says that one does not have access to this resource (ticket, board...). But still, ticket titles, projects, boards, all show up for everyone.
Did we missed some of the configuration?
If I open the Dashboard menu, I only see the right project assigned to the client-group.
Same for Project menu. But Search shows and leaks it all.

Example:
Administration > Groups > "(group) Client Name". Contains users. Groups has access to: JIRA Software.
Client Users have a "Basic" role (not "Trusted"or "Administrators").
