we are currently using a small tool to manage our project and we are planning to move to Jira but I have some questions if you can help me with regarding client access.

1- we need a dashboard or report that shows all the client projects with there timeline and latest status. the client should be apple to see this page and get a quick summer about all his projects and last update.

2- internally we are working on multiple projects at the same time some of them for internal use and other for customers is there is any way to prioritize these projects so we know what we should finish first.

3- we are using WHMCS as a ticketing system and we can't move to Jira help desk since it will be difficult to migrate all the users and their services and keep them in sync is there is any solution to connect WHMCS with Jira or with Jira help desk to solve this issue?

  1. Jira has dashboard functions built into it, but you'll need your clients to have accounts to enable them to use them
  2. There are lots of ways to prioritise and order issues in Jira, but I'd tend to use "ranking" in the Jira Software option, as that can allow you to order without knowing lots of detail and feed out reports to people who need them quite easily.
  3. I'm not aware of anything that provides such a link - most people keep it simple by migrating in full into the Jira Service Desk (so they get all the functionality, rather than having to work in two places).  What difficulty do you think you might have with moving users and services?  (You'll need to do it anyway if you want to synchronise between the two systems)

thank you for your replay

1- in this case the customer will be an internal user and I need to pay for each customer (as a licence)

2- thanks will see that

3- my main problem that WHMCS (https://www.whmcs.com/) is managing my servers as create hosts and keep tracking for invoices and domain renewal that's why it's hard for us to move 100% to the helpdesk.

On another hand we need to upgrade our ticketing system and Jira help desk is the best as I can see but without sync the client data this will be so hard.
