Clear resolution field

Hi,

For uncertain reason filling the resolution field was required when creating a task ticket, since the form said it's required.

How to remove it?

Thanks.

Hi Ryota - just remove the field from the Create screen.

Are you working with a Company Managed project?

If so, you need to remove the field from the Screen associated with the Create action for that issue type in that project. That can be done only by a JIRA Administrator

The screen may be attached to the Create transition in the workflow, or it may be in a screen attached to the Create Issue action in the Screen Configuration.

This is an example of where you would look to find the screen associated with the Create Issue action, under Project Settings > Screens.

Since I don't have the admin perm, will ask for it. Thanks.
