Classic Project: Scroll bar missing from Issues page

When I view the Project > Issues page for a classic project I am not seeing a scroll bar for the issue itself nor for the list of issues.   I can view about 1/2 of the issue and then it is just clipped off.   For the issue list on the left there is no scroll bar so I cannot scroll through the list.  I have tried firefox and chrome,  same results.  Was working yesterday.

Hi James,

Can you see the scroll bar if you swipe the mouse pad up or down? I can't see the scroll bar either until I do that.

The problem has cleared itself up.   I don't know whether the web page was changed or whether something changed on my system

Sorry for the late response.   I realized that I was using different accounts for Atlassian Community and my normal Jira work - but every time I tried to access the community it would auto-login using the wrong account.  I logged out,  then tried to log back in and it would again auto-login - it never asked me WHICH account I wanted to use.   I am now using an incognito window and that seems to let me to specify the account to use.
