Hi everyone,
Recently, our Bitbucket instance switched to read-only mode, but this hasn’t caused major issues as we were already in the process of migrating.
At the same time, we have expired licenses for both Jira Software (expired 02/2024) and Jira Core (expired 03/2023). The products are still functioning normally, and we are unable to plan their migration at the moment.
Based on Atlassian’s documentation (see the following screenshot), it appears that Jira Server and its apps will continue to operate in their current state for "perpetuity" :
Could someone confirm if our understanding is correct? Since we can no longer contact Atlassian support for this type of question, we’re hoping the community might have some insights.
Thanks in advance for your help!
William
Hello @William Verlaine
