Claiming used domain

Hello, we have this problem about domain
tsoft.atlassian.net is alredy taken and we have claimed domain as @tsoft
This site is deactivated and we would like to claim it, if it is possible.
I have alredy verified domain tsoft

Hello, Good day. I reviewed the domain from my end, Jira and confluence app has been de-activated on this site already and Rovo is still active. Jira was suspended on January 10'th. User : Mehlika is the only user on this site. Please reach out to out billing team at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ they will be able to help with activating Jira on the existing site. Thanks!

Thanks for tip but yesterday support answered.
"Unfortunately, once a site name has been claimed, even if it’s currently deactivated, it cannot be reassigned or reused by another organization for security and data integrity reasons. In this case, you will need to select a different site name for your Atlassian Cloud site."

Thanks. I see that this site still belongs to an user from your domain. Please request the user : Mehlika to login into https://admin.atlassian.com and check under Apps.

Hello, i have tried solution from Marc - Collabello--, few minutes ago but for now it just seems it cannot be taken cause of data on site. It just have to be erased and we have to create other domain.
