What do you mean by "when a client is threatened"?  I mean, my cat is threatening to bite me if I keep trying to floof her belly as she's half asleep on my lap - that's a threat, but it's not an event that makes its way into Jira.

Could you expand on what event you are thinking of popping up?  Thinking about how it gets into Jira.
