Hi,
When logging time in Tempo, i have a DropDown select field "Billable" with 3 options (Yes/No/Don't Know).
I would like to make a dashboard that I could check during the week to see how I'm performing and if I should do more billable stuff or if I can focus to some internal stuff.
After searching I think it could be achievable in the Tempo timesheet but I've been working well with custom dashboards and I really would like to be able to see this in my dashboard.
Can it be achieved ? I tried creating a filter that I could use in a standard chart but I cannot find the "Billable" criteria in the list.
Thanks !
Hi @Quentin Smits ,
It looks like you are having a Atlassian free plan on your instance, so you don't have "Set Billable Hours" option in your Jira projects. (Refer to this KB)
Since you are using work attributes to identify the billable and non-billable hours, you will not be able to show them on the dashboard.
However, if you are using Tempo Accounts to categorize the billable and non-billable hours, you can use Tempo Account Gadgets to show the hours on the dashboard, such as Tempo Total Hours.
Hope this helps.
BR,
Susan

Hello @Quentin Smits
Welcome to the Atlassian community!
What instructions were followed to set up that "Billable" field?

Hello @Trudy Claspill
Thanks for your reply !
I'm not administrator of the Tempo app, and the fields were already set up when I arrived. But if you have more informations please do share and I'll give them over to my boss so he can set it up himself if possible :)
Thank you !

I had more information, the field is actually a "Static List" made from the submenu "Work Attributes" from the Tempo config menu. Hope it helps
