Changing the workflow it has effected workflow of all my old projects how can i make it be undone?

While creating an new project one of my colleague has changed the workflow due to which workflow of all older projects have been changed and now the resolution all other fields has also effected now please guide me how can I take this thing back to normal.

It seems that your projects are sharing one workflow scheme, which means that if you change your workflow in one project it will affect all other projects, becasue all your other projects are using the same workflow. 

The solution here would be to use a separate workflow shceme/workflow in your new project.
