Hi. I have used way too much time trying figuring out how to change the language from Danish to English?.. When I bought Atlassian JIRA and went through the setup/configuration process I chose Danish as language but I would like to change it to english.
I hope someone has the answer as im just digging me deeper in misleading information right now...
Hi Mikkel,
You can change the Jira language here:
https://<your-cloud-url>.atlassian.net/secure/admin/ViewApplicationProperties.jspa
and the Confuence language here:
https://<your-cloud-url>.atlassian.net/wiki/admin/viewlanguage.action
Hi Thomas, thanks for a quick answer.
https://<my-cloud-url>atlassian.net/secure/admin/ViewApplicationProperties.jspa directs me to where I already have all language settings in English. But this settings apparently doesn't change it from Danish...
Maybe it is the Confluence language, but your link doesn't work..
Thx.

Hi Mikkel,
here is a description for Language settings:
https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/set-the-default-language-873871361.html
Maybe you have additional settings in your profile?

Thanks Thomas. It doesn't change the language. So frustrating!

Is anyone else in your company getting the Danish user interface?

Every settings I can find is set to English. But Jira interface is in Danish... I just deactivated my developer from the site, then tried to unsubscribe and install again - but with same site name and it is still in danish..

I now try to download JIRA for IOS and check if I can edit language in the program instead of on the web.

I will point some others to your question. Maybe they'll find the problem.

Hi Mikkel,
Can you check to see what your browser default language is set to? Maybe that's where the disconnect is.
