Changing a project lead

Hi Guys, I need to delete a JIRA user because she is fired. The problem is that user is a project lead in one project. How can I change the project lead in a JIRA Project? Thanks in advance.

1. go to administration page

2. select project under projects menu

3. go to the Roles section --> view project roles

4. click on the pencial icon next to the project lead name and change
