Good Morning,
We are in the process of changing our SSO over to Entra from Keycloak, and we noticed some of our users have their alias associated with their Atlassian account. Of the 1500 or so users, it's roughly 25 users that may need to be updated so their UPN matches Atlassian. If we were to manually update those accounts, would that affect access to Confluence documents and Jira tickets? Any direction is greatly appreciated.
