Changing Email

I'm trying to change my email in my account settings and while it sends the confirmation email, the email itself has no link to "confirm". Only my email address and clicking that only opens a new email to send to it. I have no way to confirm the new email, thus cannot change it.

Can you please, specify, what product are we talking about? Is it Jira, Confluence?

Actually can disregard this. The email I was getting into my inbox was different and I found the correct one in my junk mail. Apologies!
