Changes to Project Management Tickets are not visible to all users.

Hi, 

I have an issue where I make changes to our jira cards/tickets but it is not showing for others.

I made a change to show Task Status on a ticket:

But for another user, they are not able to see the task status:

I am not sure what I am doing wrong or what needs to be changed.

Did you confirm that you clicked on the refresh circle to save the board after displaying the field and got the validation message?

Hello @melody_mack 

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Can you tell us what type of project this concerns? Get the project Type information from the View All Projects page under the Projects menu. Find your project in the list there, and tell us what it says in the Type column.

Have the users refreshed their displays since you made the change?

Have the users tried clearing their browser cache, or using a private browser window, or trying a different browser app (to see if it is a browser cache issue)?

It is a team-managed business type. 

My team has tried logging in and out, clearing their cache. I can see about using a different browser.
