I am having trouble creating issues in Jira(free plan). The tasks are created, but they do not show up in the Board due to some issues with the configuration - at least, that is the message I am getting, as shown below. I have already created the Board again from scratch. The statuses are mapped, there are no filters or other unusual settings. I don't know what else I coud do about it.
Hello @Michał Kalinowski
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
I see that the newly created issues are not visible on the Team-managed Board. Could you please navigate to the Project Settings > Features and verify if the Backlog feature is enabled?
If this feature is toggled on, then the newly created issues will appear on the backlog instead of the board. You can then toggle it off to see the issues directly on the board.
I hope that helps!
Thank you!
Welcome @Michał Kalinowski
The message is indeed indicating that the filter might be hiding it. What is the query that you were using for the filter?

For the last column, is the status mapped there as well? Also, check with your project admin if they have applied any work item restrictions.

Yes, every column has it's own status mapped. Actually I am an admin and I can't see any restrictions there.

That's odd. Especially that this is team-managed project. Which template did you use, Scrum or Kanban?

Actually I wasn't the one creating the project and the creator is not sure...

When the Scrum is created, the issues are going straight to backlog before they get added to a sprint and the sprint actually starts.

Is there a way to change this type if it was Scrum or the only possibility is to create a project again from scratch?

Hi @Michał Kalinowski , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question.
There is an active incident in Jira at the moment - https://jira-software.status.atlassian.com/ . I don't know if this could be part of the issue you are encountering.
I am trying to see if there is any limitation on the free plan to the number of work items you can have (just seeing that the issue key was a number like 1500) https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/what-is-the-free-jira-cloud-plan/ but I don't see anything there.
How long have you had this issue? Did it just start this morning? Was it working last week?
If you can give some more details, we will try to help or maybe flag this to Atlassian.
Cheers

actually it never worked for me (I've been a Jira admin for 2 weeks now). Other users started reporting me this issue last week. Also, I tried it on other projects and everything works just fine. The problem exist only in this project. As far as I know, the only person that do not have this issue is the creator of the project. I have checked settings with him and actually he hasn't got any other settings available than me.

Hi @Michał Kalinowski , thanks for your reply. Please can you open the PROG-1502 and verify what status it is in?
I am testing some things in a team-managed project in my instance but I haven't been able to replicate this issue yet.
