Hi all,
I am using Jira work management and create some projects for internal used, and I'd like to set them invisible and can't be viewed from other team members, except the members are invited or the super admin.
Currently, I've set up the access as private, however, those projects are still visible from Jira Work management landing page, the team member just doesn't have access to the board and see the prograss. What I expect is those board will be not seen at all since even the projects name are confidential.
And then, I found one article talking about hide a project: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/hide-a-project/
Follow those steps, I knew where to create a permission scheme, but I didn't find the way to view Permissions section and unable to continue the setting.
I am wondering if there is any way out? And is it the correct way to achieve what I expect?
Thank you so much if I can have the solution in this community!
@Nico Chen You should be able to make adjustments to the project permission scheme, specifically the browse project permission. This will make it so only the individuals, role or group in the permission to see the project. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/manage-project-permissions/
