Change site name

How do I change the first part of the Jira site name? from ABC@atlassian.com to XYZ@atlassian.com?

I've seen examples saying change the settings within Jira, but I can't find the option.

I assume you mean the Cloud services at <something>.atlassian.net (as @[deleted].com is Atlassian's site and won't be changing)

You need to buy the new cloud system on the new url, export everything from the old one and import it into the new in order to "change the name" of it.

I did mean the .net url as you mentioned. 

So I have to buy another service to change the name?

Yes, I'm afraid you do.  You can, of course, cancel the old subscription once you've got all the data out.  But I'm afraid there is still no "change url", it's "create new and move"
