We use JIRA Software (Cloud version) and would like to change the date/time from relative to absolute (see screen shot).
Example - instead of saying 14 hours ago, would like the ticket to show the date/time.

Configuring the display of that field is not an available option.
At some point (I'm not sure of the specific cut off) it will automatically change to show the actual date and time of the event.
You can also see the actual date/time by hovering your mouse over the value
