Change parent update time when new sub task created

Hey,

I need when I'm creating a new sub-task the update time of the parent ticket will be updated.

How can I reach that?

Consider using Automation.

Trigger - issue created

Condition - JQL - type = sub-task

Condition - JQL - something unique to ensure the action is triggered only when desired

Action - update the parent in some way, e.g. add comment - "sub-task xxx added"

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
