My Email and domain has changed , Atlassian App say is a managed account
I can not reach my The comany contact to change my Email
I'm afraid simply not being able to contact your company contact will be sufficient to have Atlassian change the email address linked to the account.
If it's a managed account that means that the domain linked to it is still verified and managed somewhere.
I think the main question here is "why did the email and/or domain change? If this was a decision made by an admin on the domain level then they should be responsible for also updating any related accounts under the new domain.
The organization admins will need to claim/verify the new domain allowing them to rename all the accounts from the old domain to the new domain. If the new domain is managed by another company then they will need to work together or the old domain admins will need to unclaim your account allowing you to manually change the account email personally.
Considering a lot is linked to an Atlassian account and just changing it might break things/cause security issues as the new email address will gain access to the atlassian account this needs to be performed by the proper admins.
You can always try and open a support ticket with Atlassian at https://support.atlassian.com/contact to discuss any steps but if the old domain is no longer valid the domain verification will fail soon and the accounts should become unmanaged automatically anyway
Your account is locked under an Atlassian organization with domain management, so only that organization’s admin can change your email. Managed accounts are controlled through Atlassian Access, which syncs identities from a verified domain or an external identity provider. When the domain or company contact is no longer available, Atlassian can’t transfer or edit that account directly for security reasons.
The practical fix is to create a new Atlassian account using your new email domain and ask your current site admin to invite that new account to any Jira or Confluence sites you need.
