Change layout of backlog on Kanban Board

Hi all, we have 4 different boards in our project, with 3 of them being sprint boards, and 1 being a kanban board. 

Im trying to display story points field on the backlog of kanban board, but it adds in a weird fashion, just adds below the summary field, rather than in its own column like on the sprint boards. Is it a bug or just a very poor design by Atlassian?

Hi @kate.berlova , welcome to the Community. Indeed fields added to the layout will appear in 'line 2' of each issue. There isn't a means of adding as a column.
