Change [deactivated] Administrators

Hello,

Is there a possibility to switch the admin rights to another person when the only admin is no longer available (account deactivated)? 

Inthis Case Board Owner and Administrator is both the same person who is no longer available

Do you mean project administrator(s) or Jira/System administrators? 

Jira won't let you deactivate your last System administrator if you're using the internal directory, you have to have at least one (but if you've done it with code or an external directory, I can run you through recovery)

If it is project admin, then you'll need to find a Jira or System admin to go into admin the project - they'll need to add a user or group to the role that has "project admin" permissions.

The JIRA administrators of your setup should be able to change the project admins. If thats what you are looking for...
