Change comparison of a work item (similar to notification email)

Jira sends me well formatted notification where changes in e.g. title and description are shown with red/strikethru for deleted content and green highlight for added text.

How can I visualize this change comparison from within Jira. 
When I have the work item open in browser I would like to retrieve the similar visualization of changes as the email shows.

Hi @arndt_haas -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Although the built-in work item history shows the before and after for most field changes, it will not show in the change markup format you have described. (i.e., with strikethrough and highlighting)

Perhaps investigate the Atlassian marketplace for any apps / addons which provide that type of change visibility.

In each issue, you can go to the history tab and see every change
