I have a custom field with user picker 'collaborators' and I would like to see that clicking on a user's avatar will also show all the tickets where the user is in the collaborators field.
Rovo advices to use a quick filter but that would be a step back in functionality.
Hi Pim,
This is just an end user community. You will need to create a support ticket with Atlassian to suggest that change.

However, be aware that even if they consider it, it could take years to be implemented. So you need to find another solution in the short term.
Hi john, thanks for answering. I was hoping that someone could tell me how to achieve this with a custom field and some automation or scripting. I've heard of a company that has built in exactly this functionality in Jira.

Ah, gotcha. Your best bet is probably just to create a Filter, but you would need to change out the name each time. There is no way to pass the name through to a dynamic filter. You might actually try to build an app like that using the new Rovo Studio.
