I need to add a new teammate to the Jira Software (Cloud) project, but it requires an approve from admin.
The person who has approved the invitations before has left the company and there is no access to his email. At the same time all people in project have administration roles (and Project roles aren't editable in Jira Software Free), but no requests has come to my email. What should I do to fix this issue?
Hi @Anastasiya Glinskaya and welcome to the community!
This is quite unfortunate that this happened. First of all, can you confirm that you have no access to any system options of Jira (meaning that you are not a site/jira admin)? If you go to the cog wheel and click it, what kind of options do you have? Do you see something like user management?

Ook. Next question, just because it's rather crucial. Are you on a free plan, as you stated when you created this question, or are you on a paid plan?

@Anastasiya Glinskaya as a rule of thumb it is preferred in such cases to having IT reactivate that email address if it’s company owned, resetting the Atlassian account password, and adding a new admin. If that’s not possible because the email address is not company owned, you can still contact Atlassian Support as a billing & licensing question. They will take you through a process to prove you’re an authorized agent of the company (letter from your HR/Legal person on company letterhead). Keep in mind that this will not be a quick thing to do and it will take some time. That's why it's better to reactivate the previous admin’s email.

I`ll try to connect with IT services and reactivate email.
Thanks a lot for help!
