Hi Team,
I work with Future Ticketing where we use Jira. So we have different statuses when closing a ticket that a client has raised, they will receive an email from us informing that their query has been resolved etc..
I was looking for some guidance of how to change the template. Can you help please?
Kind regards,
David
Hi @David Haller ,
From my understanding of your request, it seems that you can achieve it with the "Notification Assistant for Jira" plugin:
It allows to create templates and modify them according to your needs.
Hope it helps.
Cheers,
Victor

Hello @David Haller,
I am part of the Decadis team and, if you would like to send a custom email to the reporter depending on the transition executed, you may be interested in our post function Send email from our app JWT for Jira Cloud. It should be possible to send different emails by adding a Send email post function with a custom configuration to each one of these transitions.
If you want to learn more about it, please, please, feel free to create a request in our Support Portal, to visit our documentation or to reply us in this thread.
Best regards,
Vicente
