Change Assets Custom Field Filter Issue Scope In Behavior

Looking for a way to update an Assets Custom Fields Filter Issue Scope.

He have an Object type of Installations, these can either be Hosted or On Prem

For some request types only Hosted should be available, same for On Prem and some both.

Is there a way to achieve this without having additional fields with preset AQL's for each scenario?
