Hello community, I have a question about Jira.
We are looking for a simple solution for our employees who are not so techfreaks to book their times on tickets.
Our wish would be an app, function with a simple form in which the employee enters the project and the ticket through a few fields, as well as the duration of work and what he has done.
In principle, like the forms in the software projects additionally with time recording and that he can do this from a "parent" page for all projects.
Gladly also as a macro in a Confluence page deposited... but that is not a must....
Thanks in advance
Christoph
@cDemmerle I would recommend that you check out time-tracking apps in the Atlassian Marketplace. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?hosting=cloud&product=jira&query=time%20tracking
We utalize tempo and it has a single page that they can quickly enter in time (Like a timesheet) for all the issues they are assigned.
Hi @cDemmerle
I would suggest that you try out Clockwork Automated time tracking & timesheets free.
Clockwork provides you with the ability to track time both automatically and manually using a form.
You can log work automatically, that is when the employees set the status of an issue to an active status, time is being calculated or you can simply log work manually using a simple form to log in time spent.
An exciting feature of clockwork is that it provides you with Out of box reports of time logged by all users, allowing you to filter by multiple factors including projects, users, issue types, and components.
