After I update to the newest ScriptRunner version 5.4.38, I cannot use ScriptRunner any more! Every time I try to edit any script, the script editor crashed with the message:

"Sorry, something went wrong. Try refreshing the page, or switching to another section then refreshing.

If this happens repeatedly please press F12, copy any log messages from the browser, and contact our support department."

Adaptavist Support is informed.

Is there a possibility to downgrade ScriptRunner?

It looks like Adaptavist has already pulled that specific version from our marketplace site

https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/6820/scriptrunner-for-jira/version-history

Take a look there, it seems that there is already a 5.4.39 version that has this info:

Version 5.4.39  Released 2018-11-08  Supported By Adaptavist  Paid via Atlassian  Commercial
  • Fixed regression when editing code which caused the UI to crash
  • Jira agile context menu option for web items

See the full list of features and fixes at release-notes - 5.4.39

Yes, Adaptavist fixed it with 5.4.39. Very quick fix, after just 15 hours! :-)
