Hi,
we are currently working in a solution to integrate many systems with JIRA Studio. One of the most important task is to "capture" emails sent from various of these systems to JIRA Studio. Then by parsing the email somehow, we'll be able to accomplish our purpose.
So, the question is, how can we capture incoming email in JIRA Studio?

Hi,
Thanks for the quick response Nic. Let me rephrase what we need with more details.
We need to report progress/status for the services we provide: web service, batch service, etc. Suppose we manage to make a script that accomplishes the task of sending an email with a CSV attachment to JIRA Studio with the services information, how can we parse that email/CSV file and get the information we need into a table on a Confluence page, for example?
Regarding the link posted above about "Creating Issues and Comments from Email", we know now about this feature, but we were looking for having the same functionality but instead of creating an issue, include/populate a table on a Confluence page.
In case we can't do this, do you have any suggestions?
Thanks and regards,
Maximiliano Argüelles
You probably want to start at http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Creating+Issues+and+Comments+from+Email
