Cant loging to Jira

Hi there.

My PM added me to Jira.

Before that he has denied (by mistake) my request to join.

I have recieved an email with an invitation, but when I click it, my page keeps refreshing. 

Seems like I am not logged in.

Tryed to press login button - it doesnt work.

Also I tryed to go to atlassian.com, login there and then comeback to our jira site, but it doesnt work for me as well.

from the documentation I seem to have understood that:

When you deny a user access to a product, you can send them a short message explaining why. When users request themselves and are denied, they can't request access again.

It might be your admin needs to remove your user account so that you can requests access again (like you did it the first time).

To be honest, I did not try but I cannot figure out any other way.

Let us know if it makes sense.

if you have been added as a user then you should be able to successfully hit the URL and be prompted to log in. Check w/ the admin again to see what your status is as a user (admin > user management > search for your name).
