Hello.
I created multiple Projects in our Site and have 2 classic and 3 next-gen Projects.
In one of the classic ones im am not able to create Issues anymore. although I'm projectmanager AND Site-Admin this is free-tier. Jira-Cloud.
Any Ideas?
Hi @Florian Miehe ,
Having project administrator rights and site administrator rights does not necessarily mean that you can create a issue.
Please check whether you have been assigned the permission to create issues in the project permission scheme.

Hey,
thanks for the quick reply. My user has all roles assigned to its self.
Also its Free-Tier Jira. So i cant change permissions anyway.
But i realised, that i actually can create tickets. But i have to use the Big "+" Sign to the left. I cannot just create it in the Board.

sorry for late.
As you mentioned you can create an Issue, but the Issue cannot be displayed in the board?
Usually the following settings may cause Issue to not be displayed in the board, you can check them one by one.
1.Filter Query
2.Column management
3.Quick Filters
