Cant access your account option does not send username to my email address.

Hi,

I downloaded and installed Jira standalone version in my Win 8 PC. License(10 user) activation is also done .

After i logout, i couldn't log in as admin. I forgot my user name.

I tried 'Cant access to your account' option, by giving email rakcal@yahoo.com, it shows 'Your username has been sent to you via email', but i didn't recieve any mail in my inbox.

Please advice how to retrive my admin user name and password.

Did you set up and test a mail server with the system? If not, then that will explain why you don't get any emails.
