Cannot view Jira ticket where I am the collaborator in my work page

Hi, I'm currently assigned as a collaborator in some tickets. When I try to view these tickets in my work page, these tickets are not available there. the only tickets that I can see in my work page are the tickets that are assigned to me as an Assignee.

The only way for me to view or to be notified about the tickets where I am the collaborator is via email.
