Cannot set 'Clear Resolution' Transition

I want to add a 'Clear Resolution' Transition to a workflow.

I have done this successfully to another workflow.

When I try now it gives me the following error message, "You cannot perform this operation on a draft workflow".

Any advice would be welcome?

Hi @Ariane Finley,

There are some limitations while editing the active workflow (i.e draft workflow).
Like: If a step has no outgoing transitions (Global transitions are not considered), it cannot have any new outgoing transitions added.

Because transition should be created, also, on draft. Maybe you are already published the draft workflow
