Cannot see issues on my scrum board

Richard Fennah October 5, 2020

I have a scrum board set up to visualise progress of my current sprint.

The filter used is pretty generic: project = ICS AND issuetype = Story ORDER BY created DESC

The board is configured to show a limited number of status's within each column. As you can see below, no issues are actually displayed, however there is a count against each column.

Anyone have any ideas as to why the issues aren't showing up?

Thanks.

Hi @Richard Fennah

Can you give some more information.

Do you have a Classic or a NextGen Project?
And can you make a screendump of the board settings (general and columns)?

Regards, Marco

Hi @Marco Brundel

We are using a Classic project.

Screendumps attached.

Thanks.

Hi @Richard Fennah ,

Thanks for the extra information. I have no idea yet why the issues are not shown.
I do notice the button "Test View". I don't know this button. Can you indicate what the function of this button is?

regards, Marco

Hi @Marco Brundel

Test View links to the Zephyr plug-in for Test Management. This (I think) is unrelated.
