Cannot see 'Customer' field in issue type - Feature

Hi John,

 

Its a company-managed project, the only information when scrolling through the conflunece pages is below, any help on how I can add this

Can you provide some more information? Is that a custom field you created? Have you added the field to the screen? 

What type of project are you using? Company-managed? Team-managed? 

Is there a Context associated with the field?

Thanks for the information. Please reply inline here so that users can follow the conversation. 

Go to Settings > Issues > Custom fields and search for the Customer field. 

Then look to see if it is attached to any screens. 

Then click on the 3 dots to the right and click on Default Value and Contexts. 

Once there, see if the field has any projects and/or issue types selected that are different for where you are trying to use it.

Thanks John, 

I do see the customer field is available on 6 screens(Settings-->Issues) but I do not see custom fields.

Did you check the Context to see if it is limiting the field in anyway?
