Cannot reset/recover admin password

Hello,

I have problem to reset/recover admin password.

Need help!!!

A few questions

If on Server:

Are you only using internal user directory, or are you using services like Crowd or LDAP?
Are you the only User with administrator permission?
- If no, ask a fellow admin to reset your password.
- If there is really no way to log back in with an admin user follow this guide: Retrieving the JIRA Administrator
